Experience in BIW Robotic Simulation and BIW Fixture Design.
Experience on simulation software’s such as Process Simulate & Robcad, Design software’s Catia V5 and Auto CAD.
Familiar with BIW manufacturing processes like Spot welding and sealing etc.
Process optimization, Process study, layout study, spot data study, Gun selection, investigation of complete process and cell.
Tool validation, fixtures, grippers, equipment, welding guns and Layout check.
Familiar with online robot programming.
Experience in project execution for automotive cars and trucks using high end engineering design software in Concept Design, Manufacturing Drawing Creation and Bill of material for spot welding, arc welding fixtures, pass tables, loading and unloading fixtures.
Knowledge in Geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
